As anglers, we don't remember many fish simply because they are routine and nothing special about the catch. Sight fishing can become personal. In the final episode of Pro Sight Fishing 101, these 10 MLF Pros tell their personal stories of some of the most memorable bed fishing moments in their careers. What is your story?

Snagging a 10+ if you count the huge tilapia that was stuck in its mouth. Noodled it, removed the dead tilapia, and as we were reviving her you could hear the gasses escaping. We took a picture before and after reviving and her tail was drooping on the first picture but more upright right before releasing.

By far not the biggest I’ve caught or even weighed in a tournament but a 4lbr in the last five minutes of the day to help us win TTT at Rayburn last year was the most memorable. It was number five in the day, had five bites all day and got them all in the boat.

The last one over 10 lbs, a few weeks ago. Only because I have a short memory for catches. Mostly a bass is a bass.

I distinctly remember the first good sized bass i caught. About a 4 pounder on a yellow Mister Twister Curly Tail grub (4" I think) on probably a 1/4 oz jighead, probably around 1985 or so. I caught it from a farm pond. It had rained the night before and the fishing was slow but that fish sure changed the tone for the day. I've caught many more that size since but that's the most memorable!

I caught bass weighing exactly 9.62 in two different tournaments in 2016. I caught an 8.51 last month that busted the progressive pot in my bass club after it went on for 38 months. I caught a 4.25 in the last 30 minutes of a tournament that won a Fishers of Men AOY for my partner and me several years ago. I caught a 7.69 in the last 15 minutes that won another FOM tournament.

However, to this day probably my most memorable bass was caught by my partner, not me, during the second tournament I ever fished. We had four good fish in the boat, including one over 6 pounds, but hadn't put one in the livewell in a couple of hours. He was fishing lily pads on Martin Creek. When he set the hook and I saw that big head come to the surface I knew if we got it in the boat we were going to be in the money. He did and we were. For a guy new to tournament fishing it was a memorable moment, something I remember like it was yesterday.

2011 caught an 11-3 at Falcon. Fun fish but half hour later my friend and I watch my rod shoot out the back of the boat. In15-20 foot but drug all kinds of stuff but could find it. Back at the motel joked if I would give up an outfit for an 11 any trip. Next morn went by the spot and was asked if I wanted a cast or two at the hog hole. First cast bring up what looks like new line, pulled in the out fit I lost with a 12-7 still trying to shake the 3/4 ounce football jig. Just sh%%tin about the 12 but did my gear back.

Post spawn fishing local grass lake. First day throwing 110 Bone Whopper Plopper. Fishing near an island, I throw up about a foot off the bank. Must have hit him in the head because as soon as the bait hit the water THE most explosive blow up I've ever had happened. He came out of the water and down on top of the bait with a ton of splash. This was also on a Med-lt powered rod and getting that 4lber back to the boat was a ton of fun. I can still see it as if it happened yesterday.

I've got a few.
1 was the 4lber buddy and I hooked at the exact same time flipping the same bush on rayburn. We fought each other for a few seconds before realizing what was happening.

Second was the 8lber that was tagged. Threw a light c-rig towards a bush on rayburn and weight hung in the bush. Lizard was just barely touching the water and this fish came up and smashed it. Pulled the weight out of the tree and fight was on.

Third was the 10.54 I caught with my grandfather on Houston County under a dock. I set the hook and swore I hooked a catfish. Even told my grandfather as much. I realized I didn't when the fish came up in front of the boat and jumped. I went to saying oh sh** like a maniac. It's funny because my grandfather is very very religious. He couldn't see the fish. When I got it in the boat he looked at me and flat said, I would've been saying oh sh** too. Thats a giant lol.

Most memorable bass is my only DD on Ivie last year.

My most memorable day on the water was 3 years ago on Ivie in a club tournament, fathers day weekend, with my son in the boat.

I weighed in 3 for over 19 lbs and caught 4 lbers non-stop from lunch time to 3:00. Caught an 8.5, a 4, and my son caught a 4 first thing that morning. Didn't catch another fish until lunch time.

Moved to roughest spot on the lake and pitched a weightless fluke into a grass bed and caught a 6.5. Then caught too many 4 lbers to count.

We would have gotten 1st and 2nd that day had my son been able to get his fish all the way to the boat. Had multiple 4+ on, but didn't know how to set the hook with the soft plastics and every one would jump near the boat and throw the fluke. I wanted him to put 3 in the box so bad but didn't seem to bother him he was ecstatic over the fish I had in the livewell. We actually left those fish, went ate a burger at Elm Creek, and then went back out and kept hammering them.

Of course the next day he got a 5 and a couple of 4's in the boat.
