Looking for a private charter in Galveston or Freeport to hit the rigs, catch some snapper, and maybe some trolling. Looking for something that won't break the bank for 4 of us, maybe 6. Open to any suggestions.

Cowboy Charters or Blue Fin Charters I'll go along with Bluefin but never Cowboy. He's still fighting to sink us recreational fishermen.

Jennings and his cronies have been battling to keep the recreational fishermen from getting their share. They attest that the recs don't deserve to have the season they have. The list goes on and is too deep to cover here. It would take you a lot of reading over on sites like 2 cool to catch up. He and Scott Hickman head up the battle for the Charter Fishermen's Assn and have been trying to hamstring us for ever since the Gulf Council started putting the squeeze on Red Snapper fishing.
Jennings was a popular guy over there (before he started) and there is no question he can catch fish ... but his principles are morally wrong.
This is not just my opinion but the opinion of many.
