I tried calling Lowrance on Saturday. They are closed on weekends. Great. I guess a guy with problems with their product should only call them when they are at work and away from their boat. Then I tried to contact Humminbird. Listened to a !@#$%^& recording over and over for an hour. Decided to leave my phone number for them to call me back. They never called. I will probably get a call from them next week when I am at the office.

I refer to most companies customer support functions as the Customer Abandonment Department.

There are to many pitiful “customer support” departments to list, I would put ATT at the top

So what do you have going on? The OT can fix anything, just ask us. I have; it is in the "Electronics, Sonar, Radar, Chart Plotters, Mapping Chips" Section. I have not heard a peep from anyone.

Lowrance has field reps that can be reached. Ask for names and numbers in the electronics section ,
they have been a great help to me.
