Not a new boat record. This one weighed in at 41 lbs, 3 lbs shy of last weeks 44 lb blue. Came out of a 70' deep hole and was the second fish of the day. Thatโs awesome Nut! Your on fire amigo!  We got worked hard by a similar sized fish Saturday night. Gonna be very difficult to land one like that in the nasty areas were up in. I had zero control over that fish and it went wherever it wanted to go. When it made a run for the timber I tried to stop it but that was impossible. It was like trying to stop a moving car with fishing string. Weโre gonna give it another try this Saturday but Iโm gonna try Pecan Creek this round.
