I have a 2020 Skeeter fxr21 LE that we just bought, everything works as should except I have a couple questions about the battery gauge..... it will show the Yamaha outboard battery charge but won’t show the trolling motor battery charge..... am I doing something wrong? I have the battery switch set on 1 for normal operation, we just got the boat so I don’t know everything about the boat and haven’t figured some things out yet but is there something I need to turn on? I am currently charging the trolling motor batteries but it still isn’t showing that they are charged.

The trolling batteries are isolated from the rest of the boat and electronics to help eliminate noise(inference) on the graphs.
If it has an Ultrex, the remote will tell you the state of the trolling batteries.

It should display both. Sounds like a loose connection.
