Had a visit this week from an old friend who lives in Az. We had not seen each other in 30 years. He flew in Monday & we fished Decker on Tuesday from 9 am til 1 pm, and FCL from 4-5 pm. On wed we fished FCL from 8 am til 5 pm & Thursday from 7:30 am til 11:am. We caught 28 at Decker, 14 on FCL that day, 100 on Wed & 80 on Thursday. The weather ran us off early on Tuesday with lightening & winds. Winds were also real bad on Wed, but have some coves that were producing. Thursday morning was a circus with lots of boats, but a very productive day. All fish caught of Gulp Alive Minnows drop shot, and released to fight another day. Had quite a few 10 inchers that went around a pound. We stayed in the cabins at Oak Thicket for 2 nights and they were real nice. Since Bob lives in Arizona, a trip to Lake Havasu is in the planning stages. The 1st 3 pics are from Decker & the rest are from FCL.... [Linked Image]

Thanks Tom (Rom), Yesenia, Chuck, Barry...Tom (Gitter) & Leo...

Curtis...The water temp at both lakes was on the high 70s. Lake level at both lakes was full. One day on Fayette it did get into the low 80s in certain parts of the lake. The sunfish are definitely spawning on both lakes. Squirting like crazy when caught ! Also, forgot to mention, the bass bite was also good on FCL... [Linked Image]

I might add also. Nice bass! Are you catching the bass in the same areas as the Bluegill?
