Rather it's a gun or a taser or a potato, people have been shot for pointing things that appear to be guns at others. They would have gone ape crazy if that dude would have been dropped by anyone for pointing a "firearm" at someone.

Top is a pistol. yep look at the where you hold it taser looks to be about 2" on bottom picture the top picture looks like where his hand is, is about 3"-4" big difference to me the top is definitely a gun. The gun looks a lot like my Ruger EC9s 9MM where you hold it look to be to long to be like my 380 LCP

Makes no difference....they were all guilty of obstruction of the roadway like I posted....bet that citizen gets his chicken [censored] case dismissed

I'll say this...these people that stage these "demonstrations" plan, plan and plan for variables. I would not doubt that a firearm would be presented and then a taser presented when asked. They will not consent to a search, so. Yeah, sounds nutty, but consider who they are and their reason for being anywhere....

Left unchecked, as in disregarding the Laws on the books we have now to protect citizens from this kind of ignorant behavior, is going to result in the rubber hitting the road hard.
