We had what we call Frito salad yesterday. You chop about a 1/2 a head of lettuce, chop a half of a medium onion( whatever color you like) chop a tomato and mix them all together. Then add about 3/4 of a can of RanchStyle beans. Next you add Fritos to your taste, add a cup of grated cheddar cheese and lastly add a 1/4 cup of Catalina dressing and mix it all in. It makes a light meal that will fill you up.

Probably one of my favorite things to eat. My mother made that growing up. ...... Looks delish.

Man, I haven't had that since I was a kid, I need to make some now. It has to be Catalina dressing, I remember that.

It's very good, sometimes I will brown some hamburger meat and put some taco seasoning mix in it and then use the same recipe as above. Good stuff

I used to make something like that for potlucks so I used more of each ingredient. I would drain and rinse the ranch style beans and them let them marinate in either french or Catalina dressing for at least 30 minutes and then layer each item into a large bowl, ending with the Fritos. Always a winner!
