Id usually agree....but i mean they only made it a few weeks. Did he not have all that stuff on his plate a few weeks ago? Sounds like a convenient excuse thats meant to be hard to question. Not sure I'd call Mercier a control freak either based on what LDs opinion is of him. Mercer seems to be pretty widely respected in the industry, and his quick youtube videos actually arent that bad and I do watch them. Luke dunkin on the other hand....only gets my view when drama is involved.

Merchandise. Merchandising, promo codes and other money making marketing related reasons. Put all that on a shirt and the kids eat them up. When I used to watch flair regularly they would do limited run shirts...and theyd pretty much all sell out within the time it took for him to make a few videos. GENIUS! No overstock, probably getting a better deal buying bigger quantities...and theyd all say something cheesey like "googan squad" LOL

Late edit:
If you like cheesey shirts....check out LakeForkGuys new merchandise. they say "dangler" on them roflmao

Is that Rackney? I thought he got really sick a few years back. Glad he made a recovery

Justin Rackley, yes sir! LakeForkGuy has probably stayed the truest to himself video wise too...so hes on my watch list whenever he makes a vid. He's a straight hammer too...the real only true stick of the bunch. I think he mightve even guided a while. Saw the "dangler" merch on the last vid and got me itching for one!!! LOL

He had a brain tumor...i believe he is past the worst of it but still needs to go make sure it doesnt come back. His health issue showed how good the fishing community is too....I think merchandise helped pay for a lot of his medical bills. I knew when I heard I ordered me one of the shirts that went toward his medical bills.

forgot A&M....actually now that I think of it I think he might won a championship there! I think i remember talk about a ring in one of his videos. But he for sure is a stick...and cant confirm it but feel he involves himself in a lot of designing for googan baits. Its my understanding he worked closely with LFT in their early days, figure he'd be doing the same with "his" company. (his is in quotes since they smartly sold out)

wow...they need to step it up because i barely heard about them a few weeks ago. hit the youtube search...and yup! youre right.....the first few weeks they had terrible numbers...and just seemed to explode in recent weeks/month. Id still figure you could plan since that still seems like a relatively short time on a podcast/life in general. not buying the busy schedule thing still knowing this....i think their personalities clashed. And in the grand scheme of things......id say DM is easier to get along with than LD.

Knowing that now too...makes me wonder if DM tried taking the reigns more after bad numbers, and LD just wasnt wanting or having that. Im still not buying the full plate tho...because this podcast was his job and youd figure hed factor that into what hes serving on his plate. Pure speculation tho....3 sides to every story and we are only getting 2.

Also was one of the originals on "Big Bass Battle" tv show in the early 2000's, wearing that A&M jersey and the old silver bullet skeeter iirc.. That was a good show, unlike today's mostly informercial based shows. Always been a Rackley fan.

I didnt know about that...but definitely hear him still talk about his "silver bullet" every once in a while. Was that the show he did camera work for?...i think I remember him mentioning being a camera guy at one point. He's grinded through the business and learned the ways...im definitely glad the googans used him as a late add-on but early enough that he is one of the OG googans....and prospering because of it! definitely a fan too, and he also seems like a solid down to earth dude! Even he side eyes some of the stuff the googans do in videos roflmao

Canada is not letting him cross border due to COVID restrictions. He has mentioned it several times.

Can't say too much about Dunkin either way, since the only time I saw him was on a YouTube video that Big "O" posted. Mercer, on the other hand, grates on my nerves like fingernails on a chalkboard. Dunkin does make good coffee and donuts though...(oops, wrong Dunkin)
