Does anyone use the boat ramp at Copperas Branch Park on Lake Lewisville? Lake Park has become very dangerous in the afternoons especially weekends due to all the rental jet skis and folks that don’t know how to read all the signs. Wanting to know what it’s like pulling your boat out of Copperas Branch Park in the afternoons on weekends. Thanks fellas!

Not sure about Copperas Branch Park but we just got back from Sycamore Bend boat ramp and it looks pretty good to use and it is also close to the opening of Hickory Creek

Gato, Point Vista is great. completely no wake zone cove. Occasional idiot on a wave runner but for the most part it's always good. I think it's directly across the lake from Copperas Branch.

Copperas, is Bad due to the WAKE boats. have seen many issues with folks trying to put boats on trailers, or off, with 2 ft rollers coming in. Gets very Old... they should put up some tires, atleast…

PS, Copperas, is planning on a Whole Re-vamp of the area, with a New High Water Ramp.. BUT, if they do not address the Wake boat issues, it will still be Ugly. I only use this ramp, for I am 1/4 mile away. I love Winter Fishing.. lol
