Seems that the liberal stockings have ended and TPWD has reduced the number of stocking locations drastically.

This really doesn't surprise me. I've noticed a few years back that they were slowing down. With what's happening the last few years and the economy being unstable, it's reasonable to assume that some of the places are hesitant to continue stocking. OR most of those places are doing so well, they no longer need stocking (doubtful).
