Tons of terrestrial grass, brush, rock piles at the edges of the creeks and ponds. How many do y’all think the birds will eat? Is there any cover in there yet? Excellent. Sound like you guys will have a good survival rate.

Have not asked them bout a slot or what they think they will do but when i see the guy i know i will ask if that has been discussed yet and will let yall know . Will go one day this week to see if i can find out anything

I am shocked I can't get the alerts of a new status from them, even though I am following... Up 15 feet in 2 weeks!!! We're in good shape. They started the stocking program 2 years ago, iirc so we should have some adults in there by the time the lake fills. I wonder if they'll relocate some older fish at some point too... Saw a Lone Star Law episode where they shocked bass out of one of the ponds and then stocked with fingerling, removed near 40 bass out it https://myparistexas.com/bois-darc-lake-gets-featured-on-lone-star-law/

In all seriousness. With the fish they are stocking now, I really hope the water levels come up this spring. Cause if we have a hot dry Summer (which is normal) it could look like a dessert out there.
