I looked it up last night. They are just trying to reduce the amount of traffic in an already overflowing campground. Campers need access to the boat ramp they paid to camp in. They are still allowing passes to access day use boat ramps. Only pertains to campground boat ramps.

It ainโt just sommerville look it up. I tried looking it up. Can't find anything when I search COE and passes or loss of pass privileges. How about posting the link where you found it happening other places. This has some of the changes. https://www.swf.usace.army.mil/Media/News-Releases/Year/2021/Good Luck, Bozz

I don't know if they are still doing it or if it was strictly COVID related, but I went to Lake Tawakoni State Park last year and was told that I had to have a reservation at least 2 days in advance to use their boat ramp. I think that is total BS. That is one lake I like using the state park due to their security. I don't trust public boat ramps on that lake.

No sir, this is going to be in force from now on. They are reducing staff and cutting costs.

The new Dems in charge just don't care. They just want your money.
Hunter needs money for more drugs and under aged girls. Ole hunter is raiding the ramp money boxes...lol

Been using that ramp this year with no issue. Show your pass or pay at gate station and go.launch. No reservations required now.
