Good morning, I have drawn a path from Duck Cove to Cloud Point (yellow) to Sun Point (brown). Is this the safest path to avoid stumps? ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/05/full-102753-94899-safe_running.png)

Yes, there is a cut through the trees but you need to have it clearly marked.

This map was made by guide Matt Cartwright about a decade ago. Combine this map with yours, especially the trees, forest, and you'll be fine. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/05/full-11240-95101-full_61480_81505_tawakoni.jpg)

I agree with this map for the most part, but I seem to remember the edge of the wood line being pretty straight running from near Sun Point to Wolf Cover areas when the lake was really low in the 1990's. I had marked it on an old hand held GPS, until Duracell batteries leaked in it and destroyed the GPS.
