I stopped watching the news when Obama was elected the second time. Glen Beck and Fox had me thinking the world was coming to an end. Since then, other than some bumps in the road, it's been smooth sailing. Life is good and I can't control what happens in the future, but I am ready for pretty much anything.

I have noticed it with myself and with you IN65...
I am working on it and have had a good year, but I still have triggers. I am trying to be more accepting on political views. While I disagree with people, I am finding that no side is wholly correct on many of the most divisive topics. Both side are also completely wrong about things. I am trying to rid my life of anger and greed. I figure everything else will fall in place if I work on what I can control....

My anger fell to about zero when I left DFW after 35+ years, retired, and moved to East Texas. Somethings still bother me, but I just don’t let them escalate to anger.

Most of the news I see is when I look at Bing on my phone and see all the articles they have listed. To be honest I spend most of my time looking at all the videos they have.
I am not mad most of the time. No matter what is in front of me I realize there are more people with more problems and are less fortunate than me.
