How often should you replace all fuel lines on an outboard? I understand several factors come into play to help determine this but was just looking for a ballpark.

I use automotive line and it has always lasted at least 5-6 yrs. just went thru this with one of the supposed non delaminating marine lines, liner was sucking down and stopping fuel flow due to delamination.

auto line won't do that and is actually tougher than the marine, just buy a bulb and make one.
