I would agree, the original recipe chicken is scrawny almost meatless, the xtra crunchy is all breading with the same scrawny chicken underneath. Awful

Worst part about where I live now, KFC is the only fast food chicken place for at least 90 miles. It's bad when the Safeway Fried Chicken is better.

I talked to a guy from Tyson that inspects the chicken houses. He said every chicken chain wants their chickens raised to different specs. The bloodlines of the birds are continued on until they stop producing the right shaped birds (breast, leg, thigh size etc) that each chain wants.
KFC wants small birds.

It's been years since I have had some KFC would rather get a broasted chicken from H-E-B or if I want some friend chicken then I will go to Popeye's and wait 5 minutes for the spicy.
