The news said we got 5" here in Midlothian.
By the looks of my flooded back yard, I would have to agree to at least that much.
Got REALLY LOUD last night. The power went off and back on, several times last night. My rain gauge here had 4 1/2" ...yes VERY loud I don't know what side of town you guys live on, My gauge said 7" at 3:30am

As of last night here in the Heart of Texas 2 inches in the gauge. I drove to Burleson through Stephenville yesterday and it was standing a lot of water from Comanche on northeast. Came back on the Interstate to eat lunch at the Smokestack in Thurber and the rain was continuous yesterday all the way down HWY 16 past DeLeon. Was easy to hydroplane in spots. Still more expected through tomorrow.

It rumbled through here about 3:30 AM and woke me up. We had 0.75" at that time. It woke me up again at 4:30 AM and we had 2.50" by then!
