Yep, was posted here a month ago. Spraying is the cause, not the hydrilla.

Just the effects of another exotic released into the ecosystem by some careless idiot... We have to make the importers of these exotics, be it either animals, reptiles or plants responsible. Either by high tariffs, or high bonds or flat out bans... Dan
