Taking the family and the boat to an air bnb on Galveston Bay by near Jamaica Beach end of May. Not looking for anyone's secret spot or anything just any advice on where to try and best method for this time of the year. From what I read reds, specks and flounder should be decent around this time.

You wake up every day, walk outside and see what the wind is doing. That determines your plan of attack for the day.
If it's pumping hard out of SE/E, then you know you're going to be working lee side marsh and cuts. If it's slack then you have the choice to work reefs and channels in the big bay.
