Have a annual universal fishing license option or an option that perhaps maybe covers time zones.? Cost whatever? It sux buying a fishing license on our current trip in Arizonia, Utah, Idaho , Wyoming, Montanna, Colorado. Let each state have what ever money they charge, but in 2021 there has to be away.

I don't understand why this hasn't been proposed before. If you drive across country, you don't have to stop in each state and buy a separate license.

I would rather not pay for Idaho privileges if I’m not going to fish in Idaho. As a matter of fact, I have never fished in Idaho.

Would this universal license cost more than my current license? Whatever Colorado does sucks. I don’t want to do what they do.

Thats my point you dont want fish Idaho, dont buy a universal. I would think yes it would be more expensive, but still an option if you wanted to pay.

Because then you would get even more into Federal issues and none of us want that. That's one of the reasons there is Article X of the US Constitution.

Having to stop and buy a fishing license for every state you visit? That's the hard reality of being a wealthy multi-state fishing aficionado. You'll get no sympathy here.

I have fished in a lot of states and three counties. Buy a license,online, that covers the time you’ll spend in that state/country. It’s easy, fast, and cheap.

So how is the driver's license that allows you to drive in each state a Federal issue?

just do it thru the national park system, they have armed rangers and all the cool cop stuff. they could do it.

The only way all the states would agree is by a federal mandate. As nice as a universal license would be I’d prefer the feds keep their nose out of state or local government.
