What Livesay did on Fork was pretty special especially with the bigs coming on a topwater bite but lets not forget what Terry Scroggins did on Falcon in 2008 sitting in 12th place only to come in 2nd place by 4oz. Plenty of people say fork was better than this period of falcon back in its hay day so I can only imagine. I'm just glad I got to expierence and witness some of this craziness. I actually have meeting some of the guys, talking fishing and the take offs/ weigh ins from the Amistad and Falcon events from 2007-2008 on an old 8mm tape but not way to play it post. Anyone have old 8mm player??? 2nd biggest bad in Bass History -44lbs 04 oz 4 day total- 132 lbs 04oz Top 12 all broke 100 lbs Elite Series Lake falcon 2008 ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/04/full-16948-94043-untitled.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/04/full-16948-94042-grdg.jpg)

Who forgot? Fork is a better lake right now if you’re looking for a trophy. I haven't heard of a 43 lb sack out of Falcon in 10 years.

Falcon is at the mercy of Mother Nature. Fork has all the upper hands, not even a debate. Falcon is the tougher lake for the accomplishment. But doesn’t really matter in the end, because it’s not a competition.
Falcon: no rain, gill nets, half in another country that cares nothing about LMB, Alligator gar, stocked rarely and comorants.
Fork: rains regularly, stocked regularly, lots of pressure but 99.99% of the fish get released, not many predators.
