Foot Pedal went limp/slack cable (I was cleaning up boat and had trolling motor deployed and rotating the foot manual when something gave way and pedal went loose).
I noticed that the cable the connects to the back of foot pedal (not the cable that goes around the pulley) came out.
I put everything back the way I think it goes but I've got too much slack in cable. (See pics).
I've played around with tension screw and turned so many things so many different ways that I decided to stop and ask for help.

What do I need to do to make put cables tight? I was wandering if I've so how rotating the foot 360deg out of sync.

Note: the picture shows the cable slack is after I reattached the cable end into foot pedal.
