Fayette County and stocking his pond? He lives somewhere up north I thought. Plus Fayette is a slot lake. I dont watch the guy so I'm just asking.

He moved to TX, and the yes, Fayette has a slot, and I don't think 4 lbers are over 24"..... popcorn

I don’t know if we have any game wardens that lurk here or not, but if it is Fayette, pretty open & shut set of tickets.

He's in some deep sh*t. You can't transport anyway with clean drain and dry zebra mussel rules.

Prob just going to be a ticket at best. What hes doing is legal minus the zebra muscle laws so you wont have any restitution from the state etc. Prob cheaper to take the ticket then stock it the right way. I commented on his youtube account. Be interesting if he responds or deletes the video. Anybody know what county he lives in?

Well, that is Fayette county lake. Fished it for 13 years. They possibly committed two crimes if:
1) they kept bass within the slot limit.
2) they transported fish to another body of water without a valid permit.

I though when it's public to private and you own it no problem. Is that not correct?

You can keep bass from public waters to stock into private waters.
