How or where should I look to find a used 250hp motor? SHO or Mercury.

best reputable place i know of is
Mallard Marine in Nacogdoches.
Fast Bass Marine in Kentucky.
Sartin Marine in Yantis may have some too.
i get one in every once in a while.
another good builder is JTM Outboards .. mostly a yamaha guy. he does get in some Mercs.
also .
check with Hydro Tec in Missouri. they are yamaha rebuilders too.

they were asking 6,500.00
