What is crazy is 6 months after Walters dominated Fork and has done well in other places with LS that so few others seem to be on his level with it. I think that learning curve is steep with LS and it will not take over bass fishing for that. Er that very reason. Note everyone can learn to master it. Having active target the hardest part is keeping the cone on the bait and the fish. its such a challenge when the wind is pushing. Not with the All Aboard Marine mount. I guess I'm the 1 retarded odd man out. I don't like the Megabass jerkbaits unless water is really really cold. I used to just throw jerkbaits in cold water but the past few years its a year round bait for me. Tell us more.

Is this not the "Texas Fest" tourney anymore?
I believe it was always a 3 day event.
BASS absorbed the Texas Fest event. Its a regular season event now. So no Tundra for big bass and automatic Classic qualification for the winner, correct? I do not know the answer to either question.

It used to be called Toyota Texas Bass Classic or TTBC for short, that was a 3 day invitation only event sponsored by TPWD. Then it merged with the Elite series BASSfest to become Texas Fest that was always a 4 day event. This year I notice there is no sponsored by TPWD or Toyota big bass award and MLF doesn't have a Texas event sponsored by TPWD so I guess this event which has undergone several transformations is finally extinct.

Son! 32-14 for Walters right now, that’s for the guys that can’t look at the BM site. My internet has been touch and go this AM!  Walters still at 32-14 and Livesay is 25-6 (****) if I remember correctly. Hope Lee can get a biggun! (****) all weights are unofficial and this post has been known to cause cancer in the state of California. I have been without internet since my last post this AM!  It is finally working and hopefully it won't kick off again.

Who are you referring to as GOAT? Maybe GOAT lake Fork? If you were referring to my answer earlier then JBM 3 is correct! There can only be one (in Texas) and others might have better years but since the early '80s she has been the one!
