I need to get a new ACC or ProAngler 10' mid seat rod for a birthday present. This was kinda sprung on me or I would have taken care of it way earlier. Anyone know of any place around Tyler or Dallas that might have them in stock? ProAngler said shipping via USPS is iffy and ACC is out online. Thanks for any info.

What rod length were you breaking tips on ACC?

I have been using them exclusively since 2016 and I have every single length they make.

The only length I ever had an issue with was the 6'0" rod and Andy was made aware.

The only rod tips I broke were all operator error and would have happened no matter who the rod maker was at the time.

Andy warranties his products from defect. If you had a defective tip he will replace it.

I do not understand why myself and many others on here have been using ACC rods for years and have had no issues.

In 5 years the only tips I broke were my fault with the exception of the 6'0" rod and Andy made it right.

Slinging Slabs in the boat have never been a problem.

If you broke a tip because it was defective just let Andy know and he will make it right.

Same here HOGON. Broke 1 tip and it was my fault. Let's just say it involved the Ultrex spot lock.

I was picking up some baits at the Bonehead factory on 155 in Tyler the other day , they had some good looking rods for sale, might want to check with them

I was there to witness both of your Acc rod tips snap. And I can testify that it was not user error.

Broken the tip of my ACC 10 ' rod hauling in a 5 pound hybrid stripper last year. Shot a email with pictures to ACC and had a reply email next day that a new tip was in the mail. No charge. They stand behind there products.

Hand Ties for the record I never insinuated that his rod tips were broke by operator error.

In my post, I stated that the only time I have broken an ACC Rod tip in 5 years of using them was from operator error.

The exception being the 6'0" rod which had issues. I was made whole.

Andy does stand behind his products. (He was a Crappie Guide).

Sounds to me like you unfortunately got some defective tips.

He absolutely will make it right by you if you contact ACC on their web site.

I'll fish my ACC (24/7 365) against any rod maker any day of the week.

I have nothing bad to say about any other rod maker. Plenty of good rod makers to pick from on the Free Market.

I simply have 100% confidence in my ACC rods, the ACC rods ability and performance, Andy the owner of ACC, and the Customer Service of ACC.

I also believe they have a great Price Point for the product you receive.
