I follow the Instagram account @houstonflyfishing, and he's got some edgey flies going on. He posted the "flypala" a week or two ago, and that got me going down the rabbit hole of the Blane Chocklett Gamechanger system. I bought the book, and some of the weird materials he's using and tried my hand. Some of these I used substitute materials, because I really just skimmed the book and didn't pay much attention to the niceties of the tying instructions, but here's some of the stuff I put together:
