Sad to see, I know that a lot of us have some really good memories on Fairfield as a hot water lake.
We used to spend Thanksgiving week there in my Dad's old motor home, he put it on me with a Bomber Long A. I went to Gibsons and bought a bunch after that trip.

Aw man that sucks. I bass fished it and also took my wife and kids to it many times to bream fish. We had a lot of fun on that lake and my boys had to eat at Sam’s every time we went!

Welsh got hammered so bad this winter, nothing like it used to be. Really need Squaw to open back up to take some of the strain off Welsh next winter.

Enjoy Welsh for a couple more winters... it’s on the decommission list too, and I hear there’s a date set but have not been able to locate it online. Squaw May end up being the only one left.

My exact thoughts they were issuing warnings to conserve power when it was 75 outside.... I can only imagine what this summer will be like without power in 105 degree heat lol
