A lady won the Big Bass Splash at. Sam Rayburn. 11.29. Won a new truck and a Triton. Congrats young lady. Good job

Attendance was way down with only about 3500 entering.

Attendance was way down with only about 3500 entering. That seems to be average for the last 10 yeasrs or so. I know I fished it in the late 1990's one year there were 6500 entries. It was right before the huge beds of hydrilla disappeared. I weighed a 7 and a 6.5 that didn't make it through the fish of the hour and also caught several 5's I didn't even make the run to weigh in.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.
