Some delays left me and a friend getting to our fishing spot at 8:30, around the time that we would start thinking about leaving normally. We talked about it afterwards and neither of us expected to catch anything since it was so late and we never have luck late. We ended up having a really nice multi-species session! We missed more than half of the bites we got as we talked, and lost half that many fish reeling them in but still landed 2 flatheads, 1 channel cat, 2 blues, 2 hybrid striped bass (1 was a keeper! ), 1 crappie and 1 white bass! I wish I had more pictures but I was having too much fun to think to take any, these were all taken by my friend.





We were given some huge minnows by a boater when they got to the dock and I netted plenty of shad throughout the night, so we didn't even end up spending a penny having a blast for 5 houes! Apart from beverages of course

A good night of fishing is hard to beat. Nice fish. Good job guys.
