Bob: I think you are on to something there a little tweak............add some crispy crumbled bacon over the top of that and BOOM!!!

How about some Lazy Enchiladas. 12-14oz bag of tortilla chips, 2 cans enchilada sauce, 1 cup salsa, 1lb cooked hamburger or diced chicken breast, 2 cups shredded cheese. Put cheese to the side, break chips up in the bag, open & dump into large bowl, add enchilada sauce, salsa, meat & mix well. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray, dump & spread into pan, cover with cheese & onion, bake @ 350 for about 35-45 min. Good stuff!
