Received property tax appraisal today. Market value shot up $46, 676 from last year. These people are absolutely crooked. Will be protesting once again.

I get a exemption at 65 years or older on my property taxes.

Your lucky my neighbor's went up 100K. They did no improvements to the house over the last two years.

I got mine today and the value went down 5300 dollars. My taxes have been frozen for several years due to age. In the explanation for the value decrease they stated that it was due to Mudshark and Frank the Tank moving into the neighborhood.
