Stinks on Kevin, quality guy.
Not sure what part of town you are in, but have used Doug / Texas Toad Sticker custom rods in Garland for the past year and been very pleased with turnaround, quality, and pricing. 214-793-6867

Just do it yourself. Thread and superglue. Doesn't look professional but works fine.

I second Joey in Irving. Sniperrods. Recently repaired a Kistler and St Croix for me and am satisfied. Even touched up a couple of spots where the original epoxy on some guides was starting to come off. Quick turn around and affordable.
