 Tips for newb on spider rigging

Longer rods are better to keep the baits separated and cover water. Short rods can let the baits tangle easily as you change direction like hanging up. Short rods also can result in lines in the TM; be careful. Use the same weight sinker on all rods, otherwise you have more tangles; 1/2 oz sinker minimum. Put all rod tips at the same height, fairly close to the water. Good luck

Thx Ken I think Iām just going to start with 3 12ft rods and see if I can manage. If I have 1/8 jig on bottom with 1/2 oz sinker then minnow up top what is a good speed to start with.
