Shiner, LoL butter, and Grandma’s molasses. I used to like the Grandma's until I became a nurse. We used it in milk and molasses enemas.  Maybe try Steens. It's really good for you if you're anemic as it's just loaded with iron. I do love true real maple syrup and it's all I'll eat now.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.
