cool stuff. 25 yrs. is something in todays work environment. I got a gold ring (looks like a class ring) when I hit 500,000 accident free miles when driving for CFI. got a diamond at 1 million and another at 1.5 but missed the 2 million cuz I quit with only 45,000 to go  only job related swag I ever got other than a free lunch on a rare occasion.

Never got pins anywhere. Did have a great bonus program at one place - "As long as you keep doing your job you will get to keep your job." nothing like motivation. along with the coin I get to go shopping in the swag store or I can get the ring.

I got a clock and a cap at 25 years of service,clock broke after 3-4 years. At 30 years I got a get the heck out of here handshake,which I am most proud of. It meant I didn't have to go back to HE77 again.

 Missed my 25th anny Rolex at IBM by a couple of years. But I did get my $3500 five year watch allowance 15 years ago from the current. Got an Omega that I never wear.
