Is that a baby praying mantis ? I buy praying mantis egg cases every year and when they hatch , about a hundred come out and I put them around the garden .
They can eat a ton of the bugs I don't want .

I would need to know how big your finger is. Is it 10-20 times the size of an average mans finger?
