I googled "Rocks on a fence post". Google said no dang idea. My dad would make up a story and make it believable.

Rocks were never more than 100 yds. apart and no gates or fence gaps, there are about 50 between Andrews and Seminole. Single ones other places near Ivie.

I’ll be through that neck of the woods next few days. Pretty interesting, I travel almost all roads in the Permian. I’ll look for more and post any I may find.

Where we stop to piss, it’s our marker

call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.

Love it! Maybe we should create a new sub-forum area for this.

Seen rocks stacked up on top of each in a single row, used by illegals as trail markers. Rocks on top of the fence post does interest me, could be done to see if illegals are crossing the fences, good thinking on that one.

Ex-FIL used to do that so he would remember which area of fence needed repairs.
