There is one going up in the front of Rogers Creek. Northwest wind yesterday blew all of the mud from it into the back of the creek.

the original indians would probly rather all the white folks hadnt showed up an commercialized their land but the cat is out of the bag counties an states need more an more money to operate so you either tax the existing folks more which they dont want or increase new revenue streams there are folks coming from states that they dont like to live to take up residence it will get much worse enjoy it while you can.

I agree.. I don't understand the political powers that be on Fork. These Rv parks are just a notch above junk.. The density of people and fishing pressure is off the charts. You have strict rules for single family construction, but third world country requirements for these lease back ghettos. They sit right on the water!!!.Follow the money who is getting paid off this [censored].besides the developer?
SRA.. please stop the madness..

We call that creek no name creek...I guess we can't call it that anymore. lol Sad thing is we have won a lot of money there, that will change with the RV park going in. Not a ton of room either there, just weird.

They will never reconize that they are responsible.

Exactly. I own (what appears to be from public records) more actual land on Fork than the person building the new RV park near Grimes/Ray Branch. However, my home (because of leaseback elevation) has to be about 75 yards from the water. Meanwhile, this guy can destroy leaseback property that he does not own and put RVs 10 feet from the shoreline.

It makes no [censored] sense to me.

Ive been in several trailer parks on the lake and now own my own house on the water with 2 acres of leaseback. And I can honestly say that SRA is an absolute joke. Not really even sure what their true purpose is anyway.
And I would almost bet money its their airboat coming in Glade almost every night spraying!

Never thought about that until you just said it. How can these trailer parks do whatever they want. But yet, we cant cut a damn tree down thats bigger than 5" on our own property!

Because the trailer parks do what they want to do and most residential owners are scared of the consequences.
