It would get you more than that but not much.

A typical 3/2 in the Valley will run you about a million though. Talking about a house built in the 30s or 40s. 1000sq feet. A small front and back yard. Thats about a million. In a so/so area! If you want a "nice" area... forget about it. 2mil + easy.

so when do we get to force welfare queens to go get a job? biden killed off clintons welfare reforms a month or so ago, no longer have to do a thing to get that check.
next is, who is gonna be the one to set off that firestorm? wanna see riots, take away all the free stuff being taken by fraud simply due to it being there.

we tried the peaceful thing for reform in the 60s and 70s, worked till about 2008, downhill on ice since then.

I have stopped paying much attention to these stories anymore. If it's a good shoot, one side will never see it that way. If it's a bad shoot, the other side will never see it that way. No different than any other issues we have going on.
...and the wheels on the bus go round and round.

Most of MN is like that. Minneapolis on the other hand is just another LIB cesspool.

The National Guard needs to go in guns a blazing and off about 500 of them, then that nonsense stops.

they started last night , watching all those people go in and just take whatever they can drives me nuts .
the ONLY thing that stops this is CONSEQUENCES !!!!!!!!!!

EVERY single person on this board has stopped some type of " bad" behavior when you took a moment to think about the CONSEQUENCES . For me , first is was getting a spanking from my mom . Getting older ,next was fearing a complete azz whoppin from my dad . Lastly , was the idea of going to jail or prison . Do y'all remember that show " Scared Straight " --- the original version I believe was filmed in San Quentin .
I was forced to watch it ------ NEVER did anything ever again that would get me in serious trouble .
Today , none of these so called " Americans " fear any consequences ---EVER !!!!

It's a very bad situation, maybe accidental - BUT - it never would have happened without the actions of the dead guy. Everything starts somewhere.

we with common sense understand it started and had the result because of the dead guy, but there is no common sense around these days.

The important thing is that free booze and other free things were had by all in the town, and a few less police cars available now.

I agree with your sentiment, but it is only ok if a black capitol policeman shoots and kills a 125 lb. unarmed female coming in through a broken window. Close range gunshot to the neck. There was no physical threat. But......crickets......... no one cares about that.

Opportunity starts with respect for self and others and education. Agree with more teaching and less giving.

There is body cam footage, so sure more will be shown. I haven't seen it. I figured that if that story line is correct, the officer was by the drivers door, the window was open, so she quickly grabbed her weapon and fired thru the open window. But drew the gun that was on her dominate side, instead of the taser that they keep on their off hand side in the excitement/rush.

Finally saw the body cam footage. Dead guy, when he found out he was being arrested for a warrant, fought to get back in the car. The door was still open, the female had her gun drawn, yelled that she was going to taser him. As he struggled to get out of the other officers grip, she fired one shot. She then responded in shock that she had just shot the guy. I can't see how she would not know that she had her gun in her hand and not the taser, but maybe in the excitement of the guy trying to flee she just didn't realize it until she pulled the trigger. He didn't drive away until after he was shot.

May you be treated the way you treat other people, today and everyday!

Guys, I live in the Twin Cities on the west side about 15-20 miles from where this took place. It's just another reason for them to Loot and burn down stores.

It’s just sick when you fear to drive to work even though you carry. Why does a loss of life mean you need to take from peoples livelihoods and burn buildings down?

Common sense is not common around the hoods of MPLS/St Paul.

Carrying is our only choice, and it’s a choice we have on us every day.

Based on your pithy comment cops should be allowed to kill anyone that trespasses unarmed.
