The Texas Supreme Court threw out the citation for violating emergency orders. Basically they said they never told her what items of the law she specifically violated
So this women was pilloried by the press, fined huge amounts, arrested, jailed and got no relief until Abbot intervened. In a just world Dallas County, Eric Moye, and the lizard should pay and pay big for this.

I especially liked that the state Supreme Court said the judge asking her to apologize was inappropriate, because it was. The whole thing was ridiculous.
