Just got a new fridge delivered from Nebraska Furniture Mart/
It was unlevel.Oh they said these new rollers they put on will not adjust
They called in. The answer.
We will get them a new fridge that levels. Seriously?
I will comment when we get this settled

Oh and they do not unhook ice makers so I did it.
Took about 20 seconds to unscrew it and another 20 seconds to screw it on the new fridge
Its a top of the line Maytag
Just needs old school adjustable feet or rollers.
I cannot believe they sell rollers that will not adjust to level
They had to have run into this problem already

Mine has rollers but also adjustable feet. I assumed they all did.

It’s adjustable. They just don’t know how to do it. That's what I'm thinking.

Considering their website has an entire section on how to level their fridges I’m sure yours has them and the “installers” were idiots Hey, Hey, Hey, no need to be harsh, I believe the proper term would be mentally challenged. Been there many times myself.

There is an adjustable bolt.
If someone in mgt had told the delivery people that and gave them a three eighths wrench
no problem
