Wanting to head down to catch some crabs next week. Have never done it. Looking for advice.
I've seen two reccomendations, being Bridge city and around the galveston/Freeport area. Anyone been to either for crabs? Just going to spend one night, wanting to catch crabs and cook them for dinner.
Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Went down to bridge city, port arthur for three days. Tried multiple place. Caught o er 250 crabs with over 100 keepers. The Keith lake area had the.numbers but all were small. Did the best in the canals near the huge bridges at bridge city. We used chicken wings tied on sting and dip net. Was very fun. Great eating! ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/04/full-24447-92953-resized_20210413_162853.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/04/full-24447-92954-resized_20210413_131127.jpg)
