Rob and I launched at Oak Cove and was on our way to the first spot around 8:30. We
decided to go South and hit some windy points. First two we checked didn't have much so
moved on down, scanned an area we had luck at before and started marking fish in 20-25
FOW. Started catching fish steady and stayed in that general area for over 4 hours. Not
only were we catching a lot of fish but most of them were 15" to 17" and very healthy.
Didn't look like they had spawned out yet. Wind was getting bad and we had almost wore
ourselves out so we decided to make one more move and finished the day catching.
176 on the clicker, 8 yellows, 1 cat and the rest were sandbass.

Thanks.
Sometimes we get lucky and just happen to be in the right place at the right time. Bite was a little strange almost like a winter dead stick bite. Fish were mostly hugging the bottom. We had a great time, thanks Rob for towing your boat all the way from Waco.

Not this time Chris, all returned to the lake. You remember everything. That's the first thing to go with us old people and I can't remember the second.
