I was told that pool chlorine was going to be a big issue this summer. Some plant in Louisiana burned down. Liquid chlorine or the tabs? Tabs is what I was told. I already bought mine for the year so I donโt know if the stores have limited supply.

Building materials, one of my contractors has been waiting since November for brick in forty plus home. Not only shortages. but, the prices are outrageous. I saw a 4X8 lattice for $80 dollars at HD.

Heard a program on NPR, even GM, Ford and Chrysler are slowing down production and even pausing some factories because they can't get computer chips and materials. Apparently when the pandemic started easing up, there was an influx of buying of new cars and they can't support the buyer market.

The chip shortage is due to a factory in Japan that makes them caught fire.
