I think it is Oldrabbit that has relatives in Peggs, Ok., and used to live there. This place is for sale, 1.1 million, right on Spring Creek. https://youtu.be/KriCN0F45bg

Nice place. But, I guarantee you there is a lot of that Deliverance type stuff going on up there.

I have an aunt that lives in Peggs. Their place doesn't resemble this place at all. Is there a bathroom and bedroom? All I seen was a book reading room. Although, I'd buy it just because of the soothing music that was playing.

I have no idea what the house is like, but it's 400 acres with utilities already on it. I know most of you can't do the math but the land is going for more than that. Spring Creek is about the most pristine water in Oklahoma. Loaded with native smallmouth and it'll make Mr Wiggly look like a short stack of buttons in the summer.

I like your description, would just like it better with soothing music playing in the background. I have no idea what the $’s work out to on a per acre basis...but would you please just add the music?

I wouldn’t show just anyone my short stack of buttons. Heehee. That there’s funny.....
We used to swim in the Baron Fork a lot in the summer when I was going to school in T-quah. Hot, sultry summer days will make you love that place. Have you ever swam in the lower mountain fork below Broken Bow in the hot summer? Kinda like that but I believe a little cooler.

Some Chinese dude will probably buy it.

I have been within 2 miles of that place several times. That is Northeast of Peggs and I was surprised to see the Pine trees as most of my families places have Scrub Oaks. I would love to have a place like that, but my wife says it gets too cold up there.

This place is basically the same terrain and reminds me of your place in Arkansas. The guy that bought the tractor off of you has land adjoining it. Peggs at one time was larger than Tahlequah, it got blown off the map in 1920.

I used to squirrel hunt in Tahlequah on some Wahauser land, They had wild horses but that was many moons ago.

The house my Mom was born it was less than 3 miles to the south of Peggs. I have spent many an hour in the storm cellars when a storm system came thru. Lots of canned goods on the shelves, as the temperature stayed around the same all year round underground.
