Never seen anything like that! Looks like some kind of genetic situation.  Face resembles a dog .

Either genetic or you caught it in a power plant lake. Side Note: As weird as it looks, still a nice fish.

I caught familiar carps. On those ones i could clearly see that the shape came from damages rather than mutation. Also I saw plenty of carps when people damaging the carps and let them back to die, however luckily the carps manage to live.for example cutting down the tail etc.  Anyway this carp was lucky that you caught him and let it go
