Bought my wife a used SUV about 2 years ago. At that time, the used Lincoln Navigator cost about $3K less than the used Tahoe or Yukon of similar model/mileage.

And the Navigator is a ton better vehicle, IMO.

Picked up a used Suburban a month or so back, they don't last long on dealer lots.

That's nothing. The way our Congress has devalued our money, you'll see prices you can't imagine. On everything.

I hope I never will either. But then again, I'm not buying anything from overseas, so my choices could get limited one day. Look at housing prices. We are looking to put an offer on a house (downsizing) and our realtor thinks it'll go for 110% of asking price. It's like buying a new 1992 Viper.

p.s. - was this confusing enough and way off the original OP's question?

Hoax, a PSA to lose weight and wash your hands would have been sufficient

Depends, used prices are through the roof right now. I looked at used Tacomas when I bought my first one. It just did not make sense at the time. Toyotas hold value so well that buying used is not always a good deal if you want low miles.

Yup. People think 90k is low miles.

You could always buy a used douche canoe with 175k miles, 6†lift kit, and a [censored] ton of LED light bars for $87k.

And you won't be able to drive it round trip DFW to Houston without finding a charging station. If you run out of juice you can't just take your gas can to the nearest station.
