I sure feel bad for all tournament directors..... Gordan runs a good trail.... So not sure what this is all about but I am sure there was nothing dishonest about it.

Media championship on Rayburn where winners got dqd. They failed it multiple times but the examiner is in question now. Guess we'll see. Especially when one of the winners has history that's in question also. Heard there were definitely rules broken. Just a guess, they probably trying to clear their name once a lawyer saw an opportunity. Doesn't mean they still didn't fail the polygraph...

So, if someone failed a poly, how did the owner of the trail end up in jail? Is it unrelated to fishing or tournaments?

How do you get a polygraph examiner and tournament director arrested solely because you failed a polygraph? I hope police aren’t just arresting people because someone failed a polygraph.

"public-order crime is defined as "crime which involves acts that interfere with the operations of society and the ability of people to function efficiently", i.e., it is behaviour that has been labelled criminal because it is contrary to shared norms, social values, and customs. When I looked it up there is NO arrest record under his name but that does not mean he was not arrested.

Probably for "allowing" an unlicensed examiner? That's speculation of course. In the teams eyes their reputation at stake over a dq. Regardless if they actually failed it or not. My guess is they failed it rightfully so and are using the examiner as a technicality to get out of it. Gordon just for allowing it to occur as a business is collateral damage.

The way i figured, they sued Gordon and won, and Gordon was ordered to pay the winnings to the team... And didn't pay.... Just my guess...
